Chromebook Distribution Information for 10th-12th grade. Freshman Chromebooks, and anyone else who does not pick up their Chromebook, will receive theirs the first day of class on July 31st as long as the Chromebook agreement paperwork has been filled out.
1. New Student Registration Appointments end tomorrow. Please use this link to schedule an appointment if you have not already: https://calendar.app.google/rZx1dXjq7p5EcMn58 If you are out of district, you must have the out of district form along with the previous school's grades, attendance, and discipline records.
2. There is a volunteer work day at the school on Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm for community members and parents who want to help make the campus look great as a surprise for our returning students. If you have weed eaters or pressure washers, please bring them with you.
3. Senior Pictures are Tuesday, July 29. If you have not confirmed your appointment, information can be found at this link: https://oshs.roaneschools.com/o/oshs/article/2230472
4. July 30 from 1:00pm-3:00pm will be schedule pick up for 10th -12th graders. Freshman Orientation will be at 5:30 where Mrs. Jones, the guidance counselor, will meet with the families and students, pass out their schedules, and allow them to "tour" the school.
5. The first day of school which is Thursday, July 31 which is a half day of school. The first full day of school is Monday, August 4.
